The Grand Opening of The Boardwalk Jerk Center, Negril, Jamaica

It was my pleasure to enjoy and photograph The Boardwalk Jerk Center Grand Opening on Saturday, October 31, 2015. I arrived early and was able to relax with a cool breeze in a beach chair and view an outstanding Negril Beach sunset with a complimentary rum punch. Later, I feasted on a menu of Jerk Pork, Chicken, Fish, Roast Sweet Potato, Breadfruit, Festival, and a fresh salad. For desert I munched on a variety of delicious pastries and a fabulous Rich Chocolate Fountain with skewed fruit and marshmallows. The Chocolate Fountain was a great hit as you will see from the photos taken. I think the children in the photos enjoyed it most of all.
